Shipping

We usually ship your order the same or next business day. Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder, or email us.

 

Deliveries are sent during standard business hours Monday to Friday, purchases made on weekends and public holiday will be processed the next business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email. During busy periods there may be delays with order processing and dispatch. Please keep in mind that we're a business operated by 1 women only.

Within Europe we ship with PostNL, worldwide with PostNL International.

Please keep in mind that shipping time in Europe is 1 to 3 weeks and outside EU 1-5 weeks. 

 

Vintage Vibes is not responsible for lost packages. Only if you have selected shipping with insurance you can get your purchase amount back!


If you haven’t received your  shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@vintage-vibes.nl with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Customs / Import Duties and Taxes

All taxes are included when purchasing within the European Union. However shipping outside the European Union does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Vintage Vibes is legally required to declare the full Euro value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.  

Why are your Etsy pirces higher than on your own website?

Etsy is a really great platform , the only downside is that for us as sellers we have to pay a crazy amount of taxes to Etsy.... I have a great example for you if you're interested.

If you want to pay the original asking price just buy straight away from us sellers ( on Instagram or in my case also the website ). This will help us a lot and we don't have to pay a crazy amount of taxes over a transaction!

Return Policy

Storysale items can NOT be returned!

Vintage Vibes does NOT do returns or refunds. 

 

Vintage Vibes can NOT be responsible for choosing a wrong size, (I put a lot of time in measuring all of the items!) style or color. Also reasons like "it's not my style" or "it doesn't suit me" is not my responsibility.

 

When you purchase an item make sure you checked your size, colour etc. If you hesitate about anything, don't buy! Feel free to contact me by email or Instagram if you have any questions or doubts!

 

You´re welcome to try items on request at my home! Please contact me for this.


Please understand that it cost a lot of time, money and (unnecessary) energy.

I am not like big company's where you can order just to check the size or color and then send it back. This is not SUSTAINABLE at all and It's more complicated then you think.

Klarna Slice It

In the checkout the customer selects ‘Slice it’ as their payment method.

The customer fills out shipping address, email etc.

The first payment is made at the point of purchase, with the remaining payments scheduled automatically every 30 days. Your payments are automatically withdrawn from your connected card or bank account according to the agreed payment schedule, but you can make early payments anytime you wish.

Once order is placed succesful with Klarna Slice It we will try to ship your oder within 1-2 days! 

So don't worry! You don't have to wait on your parcel until you paid the full amount 😄🙏🏼.
